CurrentJob scope: - To maintain and ensure that QC lab and analytical lab conforms to GLP and comply to MS ISO/IEC17025:2005 requirements. - To carry out qualitative and quantitative testing of samples in accordance of the established analytical methods using different type of instruments such as GC-FID, HPLC, AAS as well as FTIR. - To analyze the chromatogram and provide CoA to the customers- To conduct weekly monitoring of filtered water and deionized water to ensure the water quality in the production area - To keep track on the stock level of chemicals and consumables and liaised with suppliers for purchasing if they are low stock level. - To liaise with external calibration parties to carry out calibration or PPM on equipment with measuring devices- To involve as part of Chemical Control team under ISO45001 and ISO14001 to update Safety Data Sheet from time to time within quality department and carried out chemical control log monthly to check the availability and functionality of eye wash, shower as well as spill kit- To prepare monthly analytical charges report for the tests carried out on the samples submitted by external parties. - To check BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Record) and approval of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products as well as finished good using SAGE system - To carry out in-process quality control (IPQC) checking at the production area- To carry out routine pH, brix and viscosity checking on bulk products upon production- To participate in ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 and FSSC 22000 internal audits as auditor and auditee- To participate in ISO17025, ISO14001, ISO45001 and FSSC 22000 external audits as an auditee
