• Assisted in analyzing the impact of City housing or economic development investments on surrounding values, crime, and other quality of life metrics, reviewing and summarizing findings from real estate appraisals, market studies, and other relevant documents and materials.• Assisted in analyzing housing and economic development policies as requested by the city, state, and federal clients.• Utilized primary data sources to produce geospatial analysis and reports of local markets in prospective communities and evaluated the use of alternate data sources for residential market value analyses.

• Support commitment and roadmap preparation for China’s mining sector on biodiversity net loss (BNL). Reference collection at global level for commitments, roadmaps, cases of cost-benefit/trade-off analysis, and assessment tools on biodiversity net loss from the mining sector. Reference collection about standards/rules/CSR/ESG/ practices of global and China’s mining companies on biodiversity net loss or conservation. • Involve in training material preparation for mining companies and prepare case studies including project description and information summary.

• Collected which national markets and countries have carbon sequestration rights, and organized the definitions and rules of their forest carbon rights, conducted comparative research on international laws and regulations on carbon rights and carbon credits, and provided reference and guidance for China’s forest carbon projects and carbon market.• Conducted comparative research on land rights, such as regulatory frameworks governing land ownership, land rights in Latin America, and methods and rules for regulating land use.

• Mainly participated in the construction and filling of the social issue evaluation knowledge base, completed the collection of evaluation reports on social services, culture and art, ecological environment, and other issues, classified them according to the evaluation methods,summarized the evaluation models, and analyzed typical cases.• Collected and organized evaluation scales on children, the elderly, the environment, women and other related issues, summarized evaluation indicators and measurement dimensions according to the issues, and sorted out evaluation theories, methods, and tools.

• Participated in the system construction of a full range of products of the telecom operator China Mobile, and assisted in the construction and evaluation of the product classification model;• Participated in the evaluation of the value and growth of the product system, completed data cleaning and sorting, and assisted in completing the operation analysis report of the main products.

• Assisted in formulating BMW's GPM system strategy and participated in GPM project information collection, business interviews, research analysis, report writing, etc.• Planned and promoted marketing projects, demand communication, program design, etc. according to business requirements.

• Assisted in the background research of the China Earthquake Administration's project to conduct data collection and research, horizontal comparison, and in-depth analysis. Analyzed more than 5,000 questionnaires, and assisted in writing project reports.• Assisted in designing Beijing Public Transportation Group's questionnaires for internal employees, managers, and external publics, analyzed data, and wrote research reports.
