My interests and passions lie in social change through building the capacity of nonprofit organizations from both a fund development and an organizational development standpoint. My journey has led me to various leadership positions in small start-up nonprofits, as well as larger organizations in times of great transition. I welcome change, making connections, visioning, and helping to take things to the next level. I am passionate about creating spaces of belonging, the health of our environment, seeing youth thrive, arts education, and social justice. I was brought to this sector by way of working directly with youth and families for 12 years, and am the proud Founding Co-Director of www.oasisforgirls.org, a youth empowerment organization in San Francisco. I strive to do work that helps to create a more equitable, liberated, and loving world.
