The middleware solution allows merchant to connect the Verifone VX805 peripheral to their Windows machine and enables them to accept EMV payments through the web-based Virtual Terminal. • As part of the Worldpay Total team, I managed the successful re-branding and re-theming of our Virtual Terminal web-based product and helped answer questions from our merchants and our internal support team during our beta launch period. • Part of the Worldpay Total Mobile Integrated Payments Client team, where we recently launched the Quick Chip feature on the Miura M010 peripheral through our iOS SDK and are now working on adding the same feature through our Android SDK. Along with the SDK changes, we also improved the UX on our mobile sample apps, provided better documentation to our partners, and optimized the interaction with the Miura device. As part of this team, I’ve been able to work closely with our Solutions Consultants, Implementation Specialists, Certification teams, and even directly with some of our partners, to ensure a trouble-free experience for our integrators. • As a JIRA / Confluence system admin, I worked with dev managers and QA managers to optimize and standardize various JIRA / Confluence configurations including workflows, statuses, custom fields, and custom tickets. Also ensured JIRA best practices. -
