Head of the technical team, leading the development of wind and solar power projects, from conception to ready-to-build status. Responsibilities include generation of annual development plan along with its corresponding expense budget, monitoring and steering the progress of the project portfolio, generation of project financial models for investors, obtention and evaluation of wind turbine and balance of plant quotations, preparation of tender proposals, coordination of project technical, environmental and social due diligence to support project financing, and liaison with authorities, consultants and industry suppliers.

The main focus of the role is to undertake all the technical aspects of the project development process at its pre-construction stage of development by integrating measurement campaign strategy, project design and energy production assessments, third party studies and permitting processes. Measurement campaign management- Request and coordinate with suppliers met mast installation, certification & maintenance.- Carry out periodical monitoring of all meteorological stations.Project design - Site visits: meet landowners, analyze feasibility of developing the site, detect and evaluate constraints, assess terrain, determine site coordinates and boundaries, evaluate access roads, validate layout designs.- WindPro: undertake wind resource assessment (data screening and validation, MCP), turbine selection, layout design and optimization, site roads planning, AEP estimations, shadow flicker assessment, noise modeling and visual impact assessment.Permits and studies- Prepare inputs for Environmental Impact Assessments, Mechanical Load Assessments and Electrical Studies carried out by independent consultants.- Participate in permitting process through preparation of technical documentation to be submitted to authorities. Permits involved include TSO approval, generator license, grid interconnection permit, environmental permit and aviation administration permit.Other- Prepare proposals to be submitted to potential investors.- Conduct weekly team meetings to monitor project portfolio status and progress and to launch action plans.- Provide support in bidding processes.

- Led the deployment of a new process to improve the environmental impact statement of company products in lines of business located in China, Singapore, Germany and France. Mission of global scope within the Industry BU.- Trained a new intern for the continuation of the project.

- Led risk engineering surveys at industrial facilities and prepared underwriting reports for the international insurance industry.- Provided clients with technical assistance in risk control.
