I lead a diverse team charged with providing an inclusive workplace and attracting and hiring diverse talent from many backgrounds. A part of my role is partnering with under-invested communities and creating access to jobs opportunities, empowering communities through economic development. As a community leader, I develop leaders and engage residents around issues that impact our city. I'm in my complete element when I'm working at the intersection of people and empowerment.
