I am an urbanist, an aspiring development economist with a strong interest in foreign policy, and a recent graduate from the University of California, Irvine, where I triple majored in Political Science, Economics, and Urban Studies, and minored in International Studies and Business Management. This multidisciplinary foundation has not only equipped me with a diverse set of analytical tools and perspectives but has also deepened my dedication to advancing data-driven policymaking that emphasizes community engagement and global cooperation.My research emphasizes the need for decentralizing development in Thailand. I am dedicated to guiding Thai policymakers towards more effective resource allocation and advocating for the empowerment of individual provinces and communities as vital voices in decision-making processes. I firmly believe in the urgent need to bridge top-down decision-making with bottom-up community engagement, and I believe this to be the future of development practices in the 21st-century.My passion in the development field is deeply rooted in the conviction that building vibrant, successful, and sustainable cities requires a collaborative approach. It goes beyond government policymakers and the private sector, I believe we need to embrace the collective contributions of investors, creators, academics, industry associations, developers, chambers of commerce, non-profits, and think tanks. My goal is to act as a bridge connecting these diverse yet interconnected players in Thailand, fostering a holistic and integrated approach to urban development and economic growth. I also run my own non-profit (Back-Up Bangkok) and am interested in policy consulting!
