Leading the Swiss liquidity practice with overall revenue over 4m CHF YoY on the G-SIBs clients. Within tight deadlines and under substantial regulatory scrutiny delivering over 10 major improvements from the design to the implementation, including completely new loans and deposit model.

Leading multiple engagement at the G-SIBs clients across various departments liquidity, treasury, risk, finance and compliance. Among others successfully delivered: - Entity carve-out treasury lead: Delivered restated PL 3 years back. This facilitated a smooth audit, even in the context of complex intra-desk transactions that lacked explicit regulatory or GAAP guidelines.- Liquidity audit remediation lead: Closing +30 audit finding within 6 months. - Supporting FP&A team restructuring: Process improvement, team coaching and know-how transfer, closing 5 audit findings. - IFRS 9 Lombard audit implementation lead: Discovered major discrepancies between the code and FINMA approved parameterization.

Responsible for the complete restructuring of KPIs which contributed to the turnaround of the company and increase of the profitability YoY by 15% via: - Complete redesign of the management reporting, KPIs and FTP methodology. - Building T+1 reporting capability on consolidated client across multiple dimension. - Implementation e2e RMs pipeline management system including profitability calculation. - Design lead for the new DWH implementation.

Leading multiple consulting mandates in the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovenia and Hungary. Areas of expertise Treasury, PI, regulation, risk, M&A: - Management support of the CEE group CRO: Establishing new reporting and budgeting process for the whole group. - M&A valuation for a small powerplant acquisition. Analysis showed overpriced offer with the company in financial distress. Recommendation was to wait with the acquisition until bankruptcy and buy at discount which materialized in a one year time.- AQR lead for 3 Slovenian banks: BoD interviews and assessment, forensic audit of the underwriting and risk management process.- Leading multiple FTPs and ALM engagements in the CEE region.- Insurance financial close improvement lead archiving T+21 to T+5 improvement. - PB treasury audit remediation lead.

Started as a reporting specialist. After 6 months was promoted to a senior business analyst doing one year tour across various departments (finance, risk, treasury and marketing). After the tour appointed as a consultant of CFO helping to solve the key challenges of the organization. Was a member of the pricing and asset and liability committees.
