Ranging from early nonverbal language research to discourse analysis of written text units in cyber space. Now I put theory into practice in service of recruitment and executive search.I consider analyzing/understanding of human behavior, both offline and online, to be essential in recruitment – while designing effective research strategy, sourcing talents on social networks, writing appealing emails, having telephone conversations with candidates and meetings with hiring managers, analyzing personal interviews with top managers and presenting motivated nominees to clients, you name it.
