Having completed the acquisition of 8 wind parks scattered all over Germany (35 wind turbines - 85,25 MW), I got appointed as the Managing Director of all acquired holding companies (Luv, Lee and Nordwind). My responsibility included coordination of post-Closing SPA agenda (mostly legally-related) and supervision over the management of the subsidiary companies.

Legal support of M&A foreign transactions. Drafting legal documents in English / German (NDAs, NBOs, CNBOs, SPAs, ELs, RfPs, HHLs, LoIs, LOAs, MOUs, SHAs, JVAs ...), data room legal control and cooperation on due diligence with external partners (WGM, LPA-CGR, GvW, TÜV SÜD, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte ...), post-Closing legal support and dealing with internal corporate agenda.

Preparation of legal and political documentation and advisory in the area of EuroCOP-related matters. Participation in EuroCOP Executive Committee seasonal meetings and foreign national trade union events in Europe (Brussels, Barcelona, Luxembourg, Helsinky, Dublin, Vilnius etc.).

Language school establishment (education, translations, interpreting). Starting at 20 students, the number grew to 150+ and 10+ lecturers on payroll (part-time jobs). In 2013, majority of courses (incl. permanent students + lecturers) got taken over by Jipka language school. Afterwards, language courses were regularly ran on self-employment basis until 2016.

English lecturer working under the Czech-Belgian SONACA program (production of leading-edge for a new aircraft CSeries type developed by Canadian Bombardier company). External cooperation between 2007-2008 and 2013-2014 - lecturing general and business English and German.
