I guide them through their whole customer journey from pre-sales meetings with clients to teaching them how to use our solutions to optimize their production. I'm also there for them to solve any potential issues and offer guidance in the processing troubleshooting. Our company is built on the foundation of deep knowledge of the industry and vast experience in CAM software development of our Virtual Extrusion Laboratory™ suite of modules.Throughout my career I have worked on several positions from regular programmer to a chief of a team of analytics and programmers and a Vice-president of Compuplast® International. Furthermore, I am responsible for training of our customers and am a lecturer of courses organized by our company around the world.Besides my professional career I have also been teaching at Tomas Bata University in Zlin for the last 3 years.I have over 25 years of experience in simulation and modelling of technological processes (namely extrusion). I have also designed various parts of extrusion tooling, including extrusion screws, dies, cooling channels.My programming skills are wide and I'm actively working on them to keep up with modern trends and new technologies. At Compuplast® International, I am a leader of the team of programmers, but am also personally responsible for 3D FEM module development, writing of various solvers and graphic pre and post-processors. I have a good knowledge of numerical mathematics, my solvers range from Finite Difference Method (FD), Boundary Element Method (BEM), Finite Element Method (FEM), Control Volume Finite Element Method (CVFEM).
