Project management: responsibilities involve management of several projects, e.g. WPBG centralization – comprehensive procedure including property selection, economic analysis, negotiations, lease contract closing, tendering and management of architects, designers, general contractor, cost and construction management of fit-out works; Development projects: acquisition, reconstruction and letting of several commercial properties;Property valuation: valuation of residential and commercial properties for the company's internal bank, development appraisals, cost controlling, development monitoring.
