Responsible for Wholesale division´s revenue Budget (coordination and processing; quarterly actualization in the form of Forecasts) and communication with Controlling and CFO; Active participation on creation of strategy for corporate part of bank (esp. from financial area perspective); communication and cooperation with colleagues from holding (group projects in MIS area); responsible for elaboration of new reporting concept and reporting governance and development of new reports for corporate bank; MIS for Corporate and markets division (for Board member and top management responsible for corporate segments and products) including KPIs setting and evaluation.

MIS / FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, reporting and creation of analysis of all segments and products of corporate banking); Communication and cooperation with colleagues from corporate SOO/MIS (ERSTE holding) on defining and implementation of group projects and reports; Representation of business line Corporates in communication and colaboration with controlling department

Reporting of financials and business performance of corporate subsidiaries (Factoring, sAutoleasing and ERSTE Leasing) and corporate division of the bank; coordinating of budgeting and forecasting process of corporate subsidiaries; development of ad-hoc analysis for corporate division and corporate subsidiaries; coordination of implementation of corporate subsidiaries into the bank's controlling database; operative support for corporate part of the bank in the area of financials, reporting and analysis

Enterprises evaluation - elaboration of expert opinion for the purposes of valuation of companies, ownership interests or securities (Strategic, sector, company and SWAT analysis; financial plans; valuation), communication and cooperation with client representatives (management of medium and big companies)

Clients acquisition (primary orientation – retail); financial advisory, individual financial plan development and intermediation of financial products of Czech leading financial institutions.
