Establish, implement and maintain of internal Safety and Quality Management System that includes:(1) clearly defined lines of responsibility and accountability throughout the company, including a direct safety accountability of the CEO;(2) a description of the overall philosophies and principles of the company with regard to safety, referred to as the safety policy;(3) the identification of aviation safety hazards entailed by the activities of the company, their evaluation and the management of associated risks, including taking actions to mitigate the risk and verify their effectiveness;(4) maintaining personnel trained and competent to perform their tasks;(5) documentation of all management system key processes, including a process for making personnel aware of their responsibilities and the procedure for amending this documentation; and(6) a function to monitor compliance of the company with the relevant requirements. Compliance monitoring shall include a feedback system of findings to the CEO to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions as necessary.The role of SQM regarding Quality is to ensure that the activities of the company are monitored for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, and any additional requirements as established by the company, and that these activities are carried out properly, by performing audits and inspections internal and also of the suppliers.Part of the SQM responsibility is also delivery a new aeroplanes, their registration and establish their operation under Air Operator Certificate. I successfully delivered four aeroplanes for G-JET, two of them directly from USA manufacturers. I also successfully handed over four aeroplanes to next operator from G-JET.

In accordance with AMC OPS 1.035, QM is the leading representative of the Quality System. His competence and authority extends to all company operating departments (i.e. Flight Operation Department, Training Department, Ground Operation and Maintenance Department).
