I was managing custom software delivery projects, for banking, IT, telecommunication and other clients. The projects were 2-6 months length, and there were up to 10 people working on one project. Most clients were Czech companies, one of them was British company (so I intensively used English during that project, and gained experience in remote working eg. using teleconferencing tools).

I took part of a team delivering TAX system for Czech Ministry of Finance, my role was to design, coordinate and test changes (new features implementations) in web components of the TAX system. There were three companies providing the solution itself, plus one system coordinator ensuring the whole delivery project managemen, architecture and planning. I gained experience in huge project design (containing thousands of data tables), project running continuously for almost twenty years and delivered by almost 200 consultants.

My first job after my graduation. I was responsible for value added services implementation, as project coordinator. The projects were lead for internal customer (typically product marketing or technical department). Some of projects were realised internally, some with external vendors.I gained experience in areas of vendor management, project management, product life-cycle management, business cases creation and large company internal processes (in area of different requests authorisation),

Part-time job during last 3 years of my studies. I was responsible for development (analysis, coding itself and testing) of custom appliations and tools. I also worked as lecturer of Microsoft courses (mainly Excel, Access and VBA).

My first skilled work (part-time) during my university studies. I was responsible for company webpage desing and functional improvements.
