About Jiri Skopovy

I am a leader with over 20 years of senior management experience in technologies, finance, data and analytics, ICT, and corporate venture capital. I have a passion for creating and executing innovative solutions for complex business challenges, transforming and growing companies, and delivering value and impact to customers and stakeholders. As the CEO of Seed Starter ČS, I built and lead a corporate venture capital program for Erste Bank from scratch, investing in startups, incubating and accelerating them, and introducing new services and solutions to Erste Bank. Under my leadership, the program achieved a 206% fair value increase, no startup defaults, and improved bank customers satisfaction. I also run the program for Erste holding branches in Czechia, Slovakia, and Romania, leveraging my cross-cultural and communication skills. Previously, I led and transformed the largest CZ/SK B2B data and analytics company, turning it from red numbers to 11% EBITDA in 2 years and achieving 147% annual growth in the enterprise segment. Previously I led teams and transformations in regions as CEE and ASEAN. I have a strong background and expertise in sales, finance, product development and I enjoy developing organizations, strategies, and portfolios that align and disrupt with the market needs and trends.
