Jiří Tencar is a Researcher and Lecturer at ČVUT UCEEB. He possess expertise in green building, energy efficiency, sustainability, project management, civil engineering and 17 more skills. Jiri is an astute listener - reliable and goal oriented. He always had an open ear for people in his social environment. He would present his case and we'd discuss it for hours on end, only for him to emerge with a new version of his paper the next morning, that would blow every single of my (constructive) criticisms out of the water... I have known him to not cease working before finishing a task assigned to him, even if that meant continuously working on the issue for days on end. Jiri is positive, highly dynamic, self-motivated and -paced. He had a discipline in working through his daily (considerable) work load, that was second to none. Yet, he managed to participate in numerous sports (and continues to this day) and was a successful rower in the Jesus College Boating Club, inter alia. I still marvel at his ability to reconcile social life, sports and workload, without neither ever suffering. Jiri is a very good public speaker - and was liked and highly respected by his peers, within College and the University. I have no problem endorsing Jiri as a supremely reliable, tirelessly hard-working, problem-focussed, positive and team-oriented human being. He's destined for great things."
