Jiri is a second time cybersecurity founder and CEO at Logmanager. His goal is to build another globally successful Czech technology startup such as in his first case with Flowmon Networks.Jiri is also a mentor, consultant and startups/scaleups board member at JIC. After building and selling Flowmon company - B2B state of the art technology startup, university spin-off and scale-up from zero to 140 person team with $15M revenues and customers in 45 countries, his mission is paying back to ecosystem/region and support local companies on their global missions.Jiri started at Flowmon Networks as a technical director. After successful Flowmon product launch he had taken the responsibility for business development and established customers and channel partners in Europe and Japan. Next 4 years he served as CEO and navigated the company through the acquisition by Kemp Technologies and Progress Software.Prior to his commercial career, he was researcher, developer and project leader at Czech national research and education network – CESNET. He designed FPGA based solutions for monitoring of large scale networks. After successful participation on a number of European R&D projects he became one of the founders and leaders at the INVEA-TECH/Flowmon company. He has a deep technical background in network monitoring & security, NetFlow/IPFIX and FPGA technology.
