Account Manager
My main responsibility was managing and developing relationships with the company's second largest customer and other minor clients. I was a key adviser for mid and top-level technical managers in the field of IT talent outsourcing. Second nevertheless important was being a key link between clients and our recruting team, making sure that the needs of both sides are fully satisfied. Within two and half years I managed to double the number of our consultants working on client’s side and get the project into black numbers with 19% EBIT. The keys to this success were consistent communication with current contacts and building a wide network of new ones. 🔴 Key account management in IT talent outsourcing • Cultivated and maintained relationships with decision-makers, meeting regularly with hiring managers to discuss goals and enhance collaboration• Handled client requests and inquiries, ensuring services met both budget and client expectations• Prepared regular reports and forecast estimations for accurate planning• Identified opportunities for upselling and renewals, and negotiated new contracts• Utilized internal CRM (Sugar CRM / MS Dynamics 365) and SAP Fieldglass to track client needs and account status🔴 Recruitment• Created job descriptions for the recruitment team• Managed talent pipelines • Screened and interviewed candidates, ensuring alignment with client requirements🔴 Event management• Organized and led both internal and client-facing events to support relationship-building and engagement
