HealthECCO was the logical extension of CovidGraph, an open source project that originated at the outbreak of the Covid crisis. The project brought together dozens of experts and volunteers from all of the globe with the aim of creating a connected repository of Covid related Scientific literature. I was part of the project steering group and was directly responsible for technical documentation including maintenance of Docusaurus, writing much of content (and editing the rest), documentation structure and diagrams. HealthECCO wrapped up as a going concern in September 2023.

Aurora Project Lambeth was a Registered Charity offering Peer Mentoring to individuals in treatment for substance and alcohol use within Lambeth & Wandsworth. Aurora Project was set up by a group of individuals with experience of seeking treatment for substance or alcohol use and is governed by a board of trustees. This small organisation offered a unique service for clients, offering them the chance to get support and advice from people who have been through treatment themselves.

Business Analysis • Designed and implemented a Drupal reporting system for UK regulator of Human Tissue. Included process flows, user interface and integrations with back office Dynamics CRM system. • Target design specification of CRM customisations including custom entities, fields relationships, forms, workflows and optimising reporting system integration. • Change management of systems to meet new business needs. • Wrote business cases, options and impact assessments for system changes. • Part of the HTA Management Group responsible for organisational strategy, risk management and annual business planning and business performance reporting. • System focused impact assessments of new legislation on regulated establishments including costs.Data Protection • DPO, Deputy Senior Information Risk Owner and Information Asset Owner. • Policy drafting and reviewing – IT systems, data protection, freedom of information (FOI). • Responded to incidents, FOI requests and subject access requests. • Compiled a new information asset register on MediaWiki with links to systems documentation and user guidance. Business Analysis • Set up and chaired staff engagement group to assess and mitigate impact of relocating to a smaller office and hot-desking arrangement. • Produced detailed road map to migrate from HP Trim to Office 365. Data Protection • Conducted gap analysis of all information governance policies and guidance as part of roadmap. • Co-ordinated controlled reduction of 30,000 physical records.Project Management • Project managed office relocation including plan, risks and budgets. Office move was smooth with no issues. Staff feedback indicated a high level of satisfaction.
