Job Summary: Investigates and resolves McAfee software problems of the customer as per the established performance criteria. Effectively trains the customer to maximize the use of their system. Key Responsibilities:  Online chat with customers regarding their technical issues with McAfee Antivirus software.  Respond to customer queries and understand the exact problem by seeking information from customer.  Document all chats with regards to customer and problem reported.  Escalate and track customer interactions where senior level intervention is required.  Maintain clarity and effectiveness in all customer communications.  Maintain length of the chat as per company standards.  Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.  Accomplish specific objectives in conjunction with the strategic plan of the Company as defined in the Monthly Performance Plan.
