IT Strategy & Implementation-(IWMS) • Implementation of Real estate application Upgrades as per the agreed timelines and quality. • Support stakeholders to onboard Planon Condeco, office app & Chatbot. • Support site team to derive & maintain Asset, PPM, and SLA(RM).• Participate and support Real Estate applications upgrade testing and global rollouts. • Subject matter expert on Space modules and space utilization study. • Drive and deliver 100% Quarterly and yearly reports (KPI & IRM) • Drive and deliver return to site implementation via office space booking tool rollout globally.• Develop Parking Module in Condeco and drive the Project.• Participate and contribute to developing & implementation of Ticket tracking system in the team for better tracking and improve productivity of entire team. Application programming interface (API) • Engage with third party vendors and developers to provide expertise on application programming interface between IWMS and other RE applications (Condeco, office app, Chatbot, Vergesence, MuleSoft,etc.) • Drive and deliver data migration and data solutions for third party application integration. • Drive and deliver Data cleanup activities every quarter. • Engage, understand, and assist stakeholders in enhancements and customization for third party applications and provide data solutions if required. • Coordinate with third party vendors on defects, tickets, and follow up on progress and rectifying with solutions. • Coordinate with third party vendors and align on future enhancements, roadmaps and providing data solutions accordingly. Manage Competitive Property Portfolio. • Drive on quality output as per greed SLA in delivery of BAU activities related with Real Estate applications. • Global level Support on leading third-party vendors & Real Estate Stake holders • Lead, train & support onboarding new vendors and sites into IWMS Tool. • Maintain the Property portfolio data in MDM Informatica.
