 Client Onboarding: Managing the onboarding of new clients and existing clients to a new collateral system, ensuring all client requirements were met and processes were seamlessly integrated.  Implementation: End to end implementation of Collateral management process.  End-to-End Setup: Coordinate and execute the end-to-end setup, including agreements, workflow configurations, and settlement processes.  Direct Client Engagement: Actively liaising with clients during the onboarding process, addressing their needs, answering queries, and providing comprehensive support to ensure a smooth transition.  Project planning and testing: Gathering details to implement the project, perform Gap analysis to identify the gaps, address the issues and any process improvement ideas to project team. Support BUAT, CUAT and parallel runs (Margin activities including margin calls, settlements, reporting and reconciliation).  Training and Support: Conducting training sessions for new clients and providing ongoing support to help them understand and efficiently use the new collateral system.  Workflow Management: Ensuring that the entire workflow was smooth and efficient before the go-live date by performing daily testing and troubleshooting any issues.  Defect tracking and resolution: Identify, record and track defects in Jira. Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.  BAU Support: Post go live support for BUA team in margining, settlements and any related queries. Preparing job aid for BAU.  Remediation Projects: Worked on remediation projects to streamline margining processes, reducing errors and improving efficiency. Worked on Collateral cash and position reconciliation to bring down the breaks.  Collaboration with Brokers and Custodians: Worked closely with brokers and custodians to complete settlement setups, including collecting Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) and performing call-backs for verification.

➢ Perform daily cash and position reconciliation between Multiple Prime Brokers and Fund. ➢ Reconciliation of dividends and market valuation of the portfolio during month ends for calculation of NAV. ➢ Manual recs were performed with the help of reports from both fund and Broker.➢ Booking the Additional dividend pay-out for non-index securities. ➢ Booking Capital activities like subscription, redemption, invoices (Income/Expenses) and fees for individual funds based on the backup received from NAV, Treasury or clients. ➢ Investigating the Equity and TRS trades (trade price on open and close trade) and clearing the cash settlement. ➢ Good exposure to Bloomberg terminal and different Broker sites (JPM, MS, CS, SocGen, Citi)
