Fagbokforlaget is the second-largest book publishing company in Norway. This Project has a set of digital products for students and teachers. It consists of both the back end and front end for admins (consists of teachers) and user’s students. As mentioned, the project has different products for the students to learn and take exams and mobile apps for digital books like D-BOK. We also did accessibility testing (WCAG) and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) for our e-commerce products. Focused on testing these products with efficient project planning and timely delivery.

Experienced CRM functional expert in Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud), Salesforce CPQ, Apttus CLMGood knowledge on Testing methodologies and the entire QA life cycle. The project is done for Client Clarivate Analytics. CA is the Intellectual Property and Science business of Thomson Reuters. This is an integration project where more than 17 applications are integrated. We used the Salesforce application (SFDC) in the Lightning version. Mainly worked in CPQ and CLM part (Lead To Cash). Written Test cases did End-to-end Execution where in which I was able to learn about the other applications in the project like Zuora, NetSuite, Open Air, P2P, and AR areas during integration testing. The application name is NM Connect. NMC is a platform for clients to view their insurance and investment products and manage their accounts. The application consists of two main areas: client login and HO, FR, and AFR logins (Guidewire). Being part of a DevOps team, the main areas in which we concentrate are regression, release, and post-release activities.
