- Project management: coordination and execution on innovation, new launch & rollout in beauty and consumer health care brands- Brand assist: portfolio & language grouping optimization of J&J brands- Artwork coordination & management: developing, harmonizing and simplifying Artwork process for cluster and leading project for Johnson's Baby, Listerine, Neutrogena, Piz Buin, Aveeno, Johnson's Adult, LPM, C&C, Carefree and O.B.- Packaging development: leading artwork creation and improving design on beauty, health care and OTC products ensuring the competitiveness in market- Budget control: managing and optimizing on cost at cluster level- Market analysis & performance track: supporting on monthly analysis and track on performance for Aveeno and Regaine (Nielsen and IMS)- Working closely with regional and local stakeholders (Franchise, Marketing, Regulatory, Plant, Demand and Finance) on smooth execution of project and process optimizationSkills:· Project Management: end to end management of strategic project with complex cross functional stakeholders (regional & local scale) and delivering targets on timely manner· Business Analysis: data-driven analysis on brands and decision making to support strategic business· Leadership and people management: clear and close communication with team members with clear prediction from start to end vision of project
