One of the things I really have appreciated about my time working inside the BPA has been the opportunity to experience a wide range management functions, decision processes, required data analytics, and other tools for a new-born R&D management organization. Being exposed to an innovative culture willing to test and try new concepts, process and model for roadmaps, portfolio management, and research project technology transfers has helped me better shape up how I build analytics behind critical business decisions. I conducted a critical business intelligence and data science role where I was assigned multiple projects involving developing management processes and analytics tool used to operate the office. During this time, I have created and supported roadmaps which were recognized as one of the top best practices by the United Nations and adopted by other companies.
