Jill serves as Principal and Broker of University Holdings. She is responsible for directing all Brokerage related services, specializing in student housing acquisitions and dispositions with a concentration in the Southeast, and expanding nationally. At University Holdings, Jill heads client relations including contract negotiations, market identification and analysis, asset underwriting, financing selection, and dispositions planning and execution. She has been involved in a large percentage of off market transactions with a unique specialization in Buyer's Brokerage services not traditionally found in competing firms. She leads a highly qualified brokerage team with vast industry experience completely dedicated to student housing. Jill is licensed in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, and Mississippi where she has brokered over $650 million in investment sales since entering the field in 2012. She graduated from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business with a degree in Real Estate and a minor in Finance. While at UGA, she was a division 1 All American in Track and Field, five-time SEC champion and current University of Georgia school record holder at 10,000m. Between graduating from college and beginning a career in student housing, Jill ran professionally for New Balance representing the USA in the World Championships and Olympic trials.
