Associate (Generalist and Contract Labor management)Key Deliverables and Experiences: Complete Onboarding process of new joiners. Preparing A, B, C, D form i.e. A=Register of Employees.  All joining formalities including PF registration (FORM-11, FORM-2) and sending all reports to Mumbai head office for ESI AND PF processing. Updating and issuing ESIC Cards to the employees and preparing Accident report of Employees. Preparing Annexture-8 as per TPCODL Guidance. Asset Management i.e. managing printers, rolls (thermal and impact ) , shoes distribution to the employees of all three divisions Looking after disciplinary procedure i.e. issuing Warning letter, so cause Notice, Termination letter etc. To unethical employees. Updating Payroll and off roll Attendance on daily basis. Issuing new Id-card to employees on 6 month renewal procedure. Handling Petty Cash for office Administration. Organizing R&R i.e. Reward and Recognition Program every Month for Employee Motivation and Employee Engagement. Attending HR review meet of TPCODL, TPWODL and TPSODL on monthly basis. All Odisha locations monthly visit.
