Scope of Works:Project Management inclusive of1) conduct Client Consultant Meeting2) carry out Site Feasibility Study3) workout Project Budgetary Estimation4) Conceptual Design and Detail Engineering Design5) manage the submission to local Authority until obtaining project CCC6) manage entire Tendering Procedure (inclusive of pre-qualification exercise)7) Periodical Site Inspection for Critical Events8) conduct Site Progress Meetings9) verify to issue various certificates with respect to IEM Condition of Contract10) to resolve miscellaneous site issue
