On weekdays, I wake up at 5:30 AM and go to bed at 11:30 PM. During the time I'm awake, I follow a sequence of activities.1. I start with stretching exercises to awaken my body, followed by intense workouts that elevate my heart rate up to three times the usual rate.2. At work, I actively seek opportunities to learn from my colleagues, and I approach my tasks with the intention of contributing knowledge that my teammates can benefit from. I strive to work wisely, creating an environment where mutual learning and growth are fostered among the team.3. I dedicate time to studying various topics, ranging from IT-related fields such as Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS services, and networking, to interests like real estate, music, and languages, focusing on what currently captivates my attention the most.Still, waking up at 5:30 AM isn't easy. Every morning, the temptation to calculate 'What if I just 15 more minutes?' lingers in my mind. However, I quickly counter that thought with a self-command out loud "Stop thinking, just get up." This has become my recent mantra. Halt the contemplation and take action.
