Job Description Checking Inward / Outward Material movements and maintain full records.Responsible to provide training in dealing emergencies to all the security staff..Ensure no movements of man and material is permitted without proper authorityPreparing incident reports and taking appropriate actions.Supervise team of security personnel in discipline and daily operation.Ensure operation of the access control and security control room.Handling of all kind of safety procedure.Ensure effectiveness of security services by carrying out check of vehicles, men and material against theft or misdemeanor.Supervising and developing performance of security personals by providing training for factory administration.Documentation related to material receiving & dispatch. Handing / Taking over points and Entry in Register ,Compliance to Visitor Management Guidelines.Check Turn Out of Security Guard Briefing to security Guard about Post & site Instruction .Check Fire Alarms Panel , All Smoke Detectors,All Manuel Call point,all cctv.Check all Yard Hydrant ( Hoje pipe, Nozzle, key ,locking,system of hoje pipe).Check all Fire Extinguishers, all corridor area, all parking area, check D.g.Area.Check all Emergency Lights, Firstaid box. check fire exit doors/routes/staircases.Reporting of incidents to Admin/ Securitas Control .Check daily Material gate pass guidelines.Compliance to Work Permit Guidelines .Maintenance of security Registers & Documentation. check for unsecured company assets & report .check Access control door functioning.Tool Box Talk Training : United Breweries Limited (Kingfisher) Dharuhera.First aid Tool talk for fire preventation & control Tool talk fire control method .Tool talk ppe training .Tool talk for chemical handling .Tool talk regarding work at height.Tool talk regarding hot work -gas cutting ,welding ,grinding.Tool talk regarding maintenance work.
