Current★ To drive the teams on effective strategic plan, result driven practices, trouble-shooting constraints and coordination with donor for effective communication and field work plans★ To demonstrate the ability for promoting system change, evidence-based progress, in-time raising flags to assess the efficient coordination and preparing project roadmap★ To Plan the annual budget, cash flow projection, procurement purchase plans, raising the tranche request and monitoring the budgetary deviation from the actuals★ To Coordinate with the leadership team and senior management team members, for identifying, planning and developing strategies to enhance the reach of the organization★ To work on teams’ capacity building for comprehensive staff growth through regular interaction and preparing growth path
