♣ Communicate with existing clients to ensure business needs are met and that current products are in line with current goals. ♣ Recommend products to client to suit their financial needs including steering them into the right channel to seek advice from other banking specialist if need be.♣ Looking after new clients joining the bank & making their experience worthwhile to ensure long term association with the bank with current and future needs taken into consideration.♣ Keeping myself & other staff members updated about any changes to current products and introduction of new products. ♣ Making sure that revenue target for business banking and branch is met and support Lender and financial planner by providing them business opportunities. Fixed Assets Management ♣ Performing capitalisation of assets requiring liaison and negotiation with site acquisition teams in order to acquire new sites;♣ Developing and establishing quality controls in optimising processes, ensuring audits are completed within strict time constraints, with a high degree of accuracy;♣ Reconciling bank statements for Debtor and Creditor Accounts through liaising with clients;♣ Ensuring all inventory transfers are appropriately accounted and documented;♣ Preparing the monthly fluctuation analysis and accumulated depreciation accounts;♣ Preparing supporting tax schedules and property tax returns, with relevant supporting documentation.Accounts Payable ♣ Ensuring timely payment to vendors by developing process improvements to meet project and site deliverables within specific time frames;♣ Managing sites and vendors by liaising and negotiation with commercial business unit, ensuring clearance of any consignments received from aboard;♣ Performing regular payments to strategic partners including Nokia and Ericsson, ensuring that foreign exchange transactions comply with banking legislation;♣ Organising outsourcing of bill processing by negotiating and understanding business terms and conditions;♣ Monitoring payments and schedules of future payments by verifying the accuracy of each expense before recording it into database;

♣ Completing statutory audits of client accounts at client site within strict quality and legislative guidelines;♣ Submitting daily financial reports to manager, which are integrated with management reports;♣ Following audit procedures and operations, ensuring quality and timely outcomes are achieved for the duration of auditing process;♣ Performing test of controls on various transactions to check completeness and existence.

♣ Maintaining operational controls by monitoring effectiveness and ensuring that all accounting discrepancies are documented and reported;♣ Adhering to Corporate Compliances and reporting deadlines at all times;♣ Assisting senior auditors with all phase of audit procedures;♣ Responsible for information and document collection from clients;♣ Handling basic accounting duties including recording transactions and verifying accounts;♣ Conducting thorough investigations of actual data and final data prepared by clients.
