With a diploma and B.Tech in Mechanical, I am currently associated with "ZYPP ELECTRIC". As a Technical Service Trainer, I am responsible for creating and implementing monthly training plans, updating individual training progress records and assisting in resolving critical problems where technicians may not be able to diagnose or repair. Additionally, I am responsible for periodic evaluation of technician's work and providing refresher training wherever gaps are observed.In order to increase customer satisfaction, I am involved in resolving customer complaints, providing accurate advice and recommendations based on the vehicle's service history, managing the customer VOC, and achieving DCSI scores, complaint incidence rates, PSF scores, zero repeat repairs, and other set business targets. I am highly proficient in customer handling, preparation of estimates for service vehicles, and monitoring customer vehicles from receiving to delivery.Throughout my career, I have been able to communicate effectively with key decision-makers and senior managers, while identifying customer problems and finding solutions that satisfy them.
