ACTIVITIES: I am working on cash application profile & performing various activities associated to it.WORK AS PER SLA: I take care that All the transaction is to be allocated as per service level agreement.WORK ON VARIOUS TRANSACTIONS: I am working on applied, unapplied & unidentified transaction.MAINTAIN CUSTIOMER PAYMENT STATUS: As I work on payment status & I need to chase the customer for payment remittance.EMAIL TO CUSTOMERS: I take care of customer enquires & All communication is to done with customer via email, so I have expertise in mail writing. ACCOUNTS CLEARING: I need to follow the SLA & I clear the customer account as per SLA.WORK ON MONTH END REPORTS: I prepare various reports at Month End including statement of customer & Reconciliation.My expertise is on SAP Software as I am working on SAP ERP software.
