Responsibilities as a Warehouse Manager for Hewlett Packard.Achieving daily Inbound, Outbound, Reverse Logistics and Re-export targets. Monitoring different bucket of SAP like..FG11(Finish Good), IT11(In Transit),WIP( In transit Defectives,RC11(Re-export),RT11(For Repair) AND SC11(Scrap).Publishing daily MIS.Ensure that the FIFO is maintaining in the warehouse.Ensure that the staging norms are maintainedAdherence of 5S in Warehouse.Ensure the BIN accuracy.Responding queries of Channel Partners.Ensure that the Repair Vendors pick up the material in time and return the same within the stipulated timeline.Ensure that the Transporters/Sprinters pick up the material in time, do the deliveries as per the agreed TAT and submit the PODs in time.Monitoring of Security/Housekeeping activities.Coordination with Country Warehouses for In-transit Stock transfer Orders.Publishing other reports(Monthly KPI, Monthly Inbound,Outbound and Inventory count report, Import duty report, Space utilization report etc…Keeping records of Monthly/Annual audits and conduct the audits as per the given schedule.People development(X-training)and keeping records. Sending warehouse documents for book binding and keeping them properly for future references.Coordination with IT team for day to day IT related issues and giving the operational feedback to them to make the operation and Software user friendly.Have in-depth understanding of Warehouse Management System and trained the end users on the same.

 To ensure that the manpower is present in all the three RDCs and reporting in time. Deployment of Manpower/Infrastructure whenever required. Weekly visits to all the RDCs. Taking customer feedbacks regularly. Monitoring the SLA and managing the MIS. Executing 2hr/4hr/NFO orders for NETAPPs. Coordinating with Singapore response Centre.  Preparing monthly billings.  Randomize and cross checking of the responsibilities of the employees. Monitoring the Petty expenses and making it available as and when required.
