Presently I am working with JLL Property Consultant India Pvt Ltd (MNC) as aSr. Fire & Safety Officer, from 03 July 2018 to till date, Leading of fire & safety department in Genpact North Campus at Badshapur - Gurgaon I am looking multiple Genpact accounts in Noida and Gurgaon and I am responsible for Building Fire Prevention and Protection of various activities on a daily basis.I look after the coordination with various AMC Vendors’ & representatives,I am Partially involved in ISO & Site Safety Audits other internal & External Audits, Monitoring of other activities like Hot work, WHT, Confined Space and other type Critical jobs, Also Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure & Documentation as per company policy’s, also maintained JSA, HIRA or implemented safe atmosphere at sites.Physically check fire panel, fire extinguishers, and fire pumps daily.Conducting monthly training to ERT members.Conducting fire & safety awareness training to security and maintenance staff.Ensure that Fire Detection System is operational, check main control panel and ensure that system is operational. Any alarm / trouble showing on the panel needs to be attended immediately and complaint lodged with AMC agency in case the fault cannot be rectified. Proper record of all the alarm / troubles / servicing will be maintained. I have good Knowledge about Project work, Commissioning\Installation Snagging’s & Building Handover + takeover

Exercised independent judgment in the implementation and enforcement of laws, regulations, and policies regarding fire & safety.Assisted the facility manager in the planning, coordinating, and directing of fire and safety programs to include fire & safety development and implementation of building prevention, protection,Ensure Fire Safety of the HCL campus and Food courts and ensure no Fire incident takes place, and if an incident takes place ensure timely action.Attend Fire / Emergency call promptly and assess the situation as per Fire action plan.Check all Fire extinguishers are in there predetermined location and are in working condition.Coordinate and ensure that all Fire Extinguishers are serviced by AMC agency to ensure that all are in working condition and submit monthly report to tower wise AFM from CBRE. All empty extinguishers are filled up at the earliest.Check on daily basis all FHCs and ensure that all equipment is located inside every FHC. In case of shortage of any item, immediate written request for purchase of the same to Facility Manager needs to be made. Ensure maintenance and up-keep of fire extinguishers, Hose Reel Hose and fire buckets at various locations. Ensure working of all Fire Hydrants, Fire Pumps and sprinkler systems. Will operate and test all equipment every month and maintain a record. Check that PA system is operational. It is also to be checked every weekend by the shift BMS operator or Fire man.Verbally report incidents and through daily report to the Facility Manager.Conduct monthly check and operation of Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler system and Fire Pump. Ensure monthly check of the Fire Fighting Equipment Sprinkler line, Butterfly valves as per schedule.Ensure yearly maintenance of Fire Fighting System/ as per plan.Actively take part in the mock Fire / evacuation drills as per plan.Suggest any modification to the system for betterment of the process / maintenance of equipment’s in order to increase efficiency.

All vendors - workers’ provided safe to start work Permit with safety induction Work at Height, JSA, Risk Assessment, Power tools safety, Hand tools, Mobile Scaffolding and tower scaffolding training.Inspect contractor’s equipment’s & tools and ensure they comply with safety Standers, Apprise contractors about the organization safety standards & norms Before conducting any work Scaffolding work permit. Ensure all licenses pertaining to fire and safety are maintained.Fire FHC & equipment related snagging before equipment handover.PEP TALK, TBT, Welding & cutting work, Electrical safety, Housekeeping Personal protective equipment training, safe man hour’s record, Incident and accident record, Labor motivation training programs, Proper checking of electrical cables, proper checking of ELCB, H.T Penal, L.T Penal, Emergency Light inspection & Proper back up in case of emergency.Operations of FM 200 suppression system, Addressable fire penal. VESDA, WLD, RODENT system. I have taken morning round, during round observed fire & safety related Hazards & observation.

Identification of Hazards Their Preventive measures in Plant and building.Can Operate Fire Hydrant Pump, AHU integration, Fire dampers, CCTV. I Have Arranged Mock Drill- Evacuation Plan-Fire Fighting Drill, ERT trainingCasualty rescue drill - & three men hydrant Drill, personal safety trainingPlan all security protocols and monitoring fire safety system, check that all loops ofFire panel are in working condition. Manage and provide Training as required for security guards and inductOther employees on fire safety and security norms, Making staff Roaster, Daily Briefing, Maintaining data & files as per site SOP. Check all signage’s including illuminated signage are proper installed as per requirement/Ensure that no obstruction inside any of the fire exit staircase/Passage.Observed any safety observation/Risk during the morning site round.

Liaising with government Fire Officer for obtaining NOC.As well as with local police officials for smooth functioning of official work. Regularly checking & maintenance of rescue items like, BA Set, Fire Suit, Nomex Aluminized Suit & Search light, Stretcher, wheel chair, Blanket etc. Daily check of all PPEs, Fire pump room & fixed firefighting installation.To give General work permit, hot work permit, cold work permit, height work permit Electrical work permit Confined space work permit Excavation work permit, & LOTO etc.Check Air pressure of B.A set in case of insufficient air pressure, the cylinder will be sent for refilling, CCTV, Thermal camera testing. Ensure that fire detection system is operational, check main control panel and ensure that system is operational. Any alarm/Trouble showing in the panel need to be attended immediately& complaint lodged with AMC agency in case the fault cannot be rectified. Proper record of fire alarm/ Troubles/ Servicing will be maintained.Operation & testing of Smoke extraction system fresh Air Supply System, Staircase pressurization system & Fire dampers also checked Lift integration. Prepare various reports to the concerned reporting authority as per standard.
