Roles and Responsibilities as a Finance Executive:-  Issuance of Bank Guarantees & Letter of Credit, Coordination for issuance, Records updation, charges updation. FDR`s related to BG`s & LC’s, Cancellation of BG`s & LC’s, Checking with banks for cancelled BG`s & LC’s along with commission of Unexpired period & FDR`s principal amount & interest. Records keeping of issued BG`s, cancelled BG`s along with commission & FDR. Checking with banks for lien free amount of FDR`s & credited to our accounts as possible. MIS Reports to higher authority on weekly basis. Interface with banks to arrange for Working Capital, Project closure, etc  Preparing Stock Statements. Reconciliation of Monthly Account Statements of banks.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Finance Executive:-  Reconcile the vendor account with the company account. Publishing Vendor Dashboard to Top Executive of MLI on monthly basis. Reconcile the employee account against the company account on daily basis which help to reduce the balance of the company. Help the employees to settle and clear their claims. Daily entry posting and reconciliations help provide timely identification of error in problematic accounts. Make provisions and schedules on every month end. Visit for Stamp Audit every quarter.
