1. Oversee the effective planning of pilot training program / crew line releases in accordance with the induction of aircraft and design the training requirement of trainers to impart the training to trainee pilot to meet the flight schedule / operation requirement. Oversee the pilots and trainer’s roster is fairly distributed among the crew.2. Oversee the Induction of expat Instructor pilot resources through aircraft manufacturer and allied crew resourcing agency to meet the operation requirement of aircraft in accordance with the flight schedule. Ensure the optimum utilization of trainers on all flights under compliance of FDTL policy and Indian DGCA regulations. 3. Ensure that all training is conducted in accordance with company policies and directives and that they comply with the appropriate government and regulatory agencies. Initial training (Type Rating Training, Transition Training, Difference Training, Internal Captain upgrade, Initial Avsec, Initial DGR, Initial CRM, Refresher, Induction, Fire, Ditching, EFB, Emergency Door Operation, LVO, LPV, CAT II, Instrument / Proficiency Check, English Language Proficiency test, LPV, RNP, UPRT, Standardization Check, STL etc.) and recurrent Training to be completed prior to the validity of last attended training. 4. Ensure all trainers (Designated Examiners, SFE, Instructors, SFI) are legal to conduct training on the simulator and aircraft. Monitoring day to day challenges and ensure the least distraction of the simulator usage with no cancellation. All line training (IOE / SLF – Left seat and Right seat), Sector clearance, Line Route Check of trainees to be completed with optimum daily block hours limits. 5. Negotiate the reasonable cost of the simulator in accordance with contract and timely renewal of contract with the ATO / TRTO – CAE, FSTC, AATC etc. Blocked the simulator training devices at various facilities in accordance with monthly training requirement.
