I am working with a world renowed (largest coal producer in the world) Coal India Limited under the administrative control of Ministry of Coal, Govt of India and looking after all the important jobs related to the Environment concern of the coal mines such as Securing & Compliance of the conditions mentioned Environment Clearance certificate issued by Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, New Delhi. Obtaining and Compliances of conditions stipulated in Consent to Establish and Operate issued by State Pollution Control Board. Obtaining and Compliances of the conditions lied down in NOC for abstraction of ground water from CGWA, New Delhi. Plantation target on Overburden dumps, plane area and rationalization area as per approved PR. Technical and Biological Reclamation of the exhausted mines as per approved Mine Closure Plan of the project. Claim submission, inspection with third party and Reimbursement of the deposited amount as far as the progressive and final mine closure of the mine. Regular monitoring of the air, water and noise parameters as per coal mine regulations stated as in the NAAQMS. Regular follow up and Liasioning with Regional Offices of MoEF, SPCB and CGWB for smooth operation in coal mines. Regular filed visits with regulatory bodies for Compliances status and report. Data compilation, record keeping and Management for the all mines under control. Timely reply preparation and submission for all the queries raised by the regulatory bodies/ VIP / Parliamentary questions etc. Actively participating in the installation and commissioning of all the pollution control measures required as per the certificate. Randomly verification / checking of the operation and maintaince of the Pollution Control Measures and mitigative measures.Mine water treatment and it's utilization.
