Handling three Toll Plazas i.e. Salasar, Nokhra & Kheerwa between km 4.200 to km 163.370 (Bikaner - Phalodi Section on NH-11) as Plaza Manager of all three toll plazas.

Working in 160 km National Highway Project of Govt. of India from Bikaner to Phalodi, costing Rs. 800 Crores (approx.), office at Bikaner (Rajasthan) as Plant Manager. The project involves a large fleet of Heavy earthmoving and road Construction Plant and Machinery. Being the In-charge of mechanical section of the project following are the detailed of jobs handed:• Procurement, installation and repair & maintenance of earthmoving and road construction plant and machinery like Motor Grader, Wheel loader, Excavator, JCB, Vib. Soil Compactor, Crushing plant, Hot Mix Plant, Wet Mix Plant, Crane, Tippers etc. departmentally. • Monitoring schedule and preventive maintenance, Fuel, Lube and spares consumption.• Maintaining mechanical store and maintaining related records, monitor stock of spare parts inventory and procurement of the same.• Tendering related to mechanical section i.e. Procurement of Plant and Machinery & Spares, Disposal of used plant and machinery and used material etc. • Tendering work related to procurement of civil material/works i.e. cement, steel, HSD, Bitumen etc. • Dealing registration and insurance related matters with concerned authorities

Working in Corporate Office and executing work of procurement of P&M for RCF, Rae Bareli & Kapurthala. Procurement and Shifting of M&P for Sri Lanka Project, Disposal of surplus Plant and Machinery. Reporting to General Manager (Mech.). Following are the responsibilities:• Preparation and processing the tenders for procurement of various P&M for Highway, Railway and RCF works, which involves preparation of Commercial terms as well as Technical Specifications, Publication of NIT in Print Media/Internet.• Evaluation and comparison offers and preparation of Tender committee notes, preparation and placement of supply orders. • Follow-up for timely supply, erection and commissioning of ordered P&M.• Arranging pre-dispatch inspections through M/s RITES and/or Railway Advisor, Berlin (for imported items).• Opening of LC in case of imported items.• Procurement and dispatch of spares for Locomotive working in Malaysia• Processing tenders for shifting of M&P to Sri Lanka Rail Project• Processing tenders for purchase of M&P for Sri Lanka Rail Project• Processing tenders for Disposal of M&P• E-tendering, E-Auction of Plant and Machinery • E-procurement of Plant and Machinery * Implementation of ERP

Worked in Rail Coach Factory Expansion Project, Kapurthala and reporting to General Manager (Mech.). RCF Capacity Expansion and New Wheel Shop Project involved involves procurement and installation of 23 types of P&M costing approx. Rs. 125 Crore. Being mechanical In-charge of the project and looking after following works from corporate office:• Installation, commissioning and prove out of various P&M i.e. EOT Crane, Traverser, Painting Booth & Oven, Paint Spray Machine, CNC Vertical Turning & Boring Machine, CNC Portal Wheel Lathe, Static Balancing Machine, Material Handling system for Axle & Wheel Machining Line, Storage Modules & Pallets, Turn Tables, Scissor Lift, Skin Tensioning Equipment, Welding machines (Co2 & Programmable), Co2, compressed Air & LPG Gas pipe lines, Lifting Jacks, High rise stacking system etc. for RCF, which involves unloading, storage, site preparation, construction of foundation, fabrication of support structure, assembly, installation, commissioning and prove-out tests etc.• Consignee inspections processing for payments. • Follow-up for timely supply, erection and commissioning of ordered P&M.• Arranging pre-dispatch inspections through M/s RITES and/or Railway Advisor, Berlin (for imported items).• Opening of LC in case of imported items.• Timely installation and commissioning of M&P as per schedule, • Organizing Joint Inspections and handling over of M&P to Client• Processing and issuing amendments• Organizing various works of Project • Follow up with client for issuance of CPTC and release of payments.• Progress monitoring and reporting.

The project involves a large fleet of Heavy earthmoving and road Construction Plant and Machinery costing more than Rs. 20.00 crore. Being the In-charge of mechanical section of the project following are the detailed of jobs handed:• Procurement, installation and repair & maintenance of earthmoving and road construction plant and machinery like Motor Grader, Wheel loader, Excavator, JCB, Vib.
