1) Responsible for continuously identifying & improvising processes, tools & materials essential for the best customer experience in all Optical Planet India stores.2) To track , collate & analyse all weekly drives to ensure the functionality of all the stores to the mark.3) Responsible for the recruitment of all store team members for Optical Planet team4) Create , provide information , support training , marketing initiatives & changes taken for Optical Planet India business model.5) Work with the technology teams to ensure a seamless brand and buying experience with the technology- be it the OP brand website or a self-service portal.
