Praise team members and creates a positive working environment• Functioning as a consensus builder for ensuring maximum engagement of various stakeholders in the projects by way of implementing open & frank dialogues• Preparation of Monthly Financial Metrics, covering major P&L line and key financial position indicators and key ratios• Analyzing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in major financial statement metrics• Monthly variance reporting which includes Actual vs Outlook, Actual vs Budget and Budget vs Outlook, Month over Month and Year over Year.• Creating and updating Monthly/Quarterly Business review reports including commentary writing for presenting and discussing with LOB managers, • Monthly headcount reporting, flash reporting and allocation reporting highlighting key variances and trends with reasoning by doing Variance analysis/ Trend analysis• Tracking daily volume movement, actual vs budget and actual vs outlook for commercial banking and its LOBs• Working in close cohesion with offshore team for creating and reviewing quarterly outlooks as well as annual financial plans, including reporting & analysis of the changes in contrast with the given baselineBusiness platform development and special projects:• Involved in process improvement projects to continuously improve productivity and efficiency of the processes• Supporting in enhancing the present working scope through showcasing capabilities, penetration levels, present opportunities and best practices
