Working as a Half-Time Research Assistant in Dr. Pramod Kumar Naik's lab in the area of Investor Sentiment at the Department of HSS, IIT Madras. Also, holding Advisory Executive position in the Research Affairs Council 2024-25, representing interests and concerns of 3000+ MS & PhD Scholars of the institute.

Taught Finance and Accounting modules to PGDM students. Coordinated Examinations, Outreach and External Relations of the Institute. Facilitated 2 international MOUs, Women's Summit, Foundation Day celebration, Industry-Academia Panel Discussion, and other academic & non-academic activities for the institute.

Taught UG level Finance and International Business courses. Coordinated Corporate Relations, NAAC & Other Accreditations of the BBA department. Co-convened National Management Conclave, International Conference and Reasearch Workshops.

Worked as a Consultant towards organizing inclusive and sensitizing workshops on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion(DE&I) at corporate/private workplaces, to enhance support to gender & sexual minority communities. We finished the France Aided project SAMATA with great success, through awareness raising and skill building of the minority community entrepreneurs in collaboration with SAATHII, New Delhi.
