Job Profile:MATERIAL MANAGEMENT FOR LINEAGE POWER (Spares Request, dispatch, fautly collection and return to corporate) Co-ordinate the inspection of material and co-ordinate with sites for Servicing activitiesCollection of FSR, customer approvals, supporting arrangement for billing purpose (AMC, I&C, OTR, s/w cases)Checking of Invoice as per terms & conditions with customer PO.Monthly meetings with customer BIL, ATC, BHL.Coordination with the store staff for inventory planning for operational activities.Update Software in different cards of IPMS.Vendor management (task assignment, collection of reports, invoices verification)Responcible for complaints assignment to till closer update as vebal and in s/w also.Regular updating day to day activities on s/w like VP, PS, KC, Cloud track etc.Responsible for complete the work under certain time duration.Capability to communicate and coordinate effectively to manage critical situation.Responsible to share all the fault reports, PM reports and daily progress report to our superiors.
