With my 8 years of experience with DED processes, I am now involved in Research & Development activities to build large-format Directed Energy Deposition Metal 3D Printers. My expertise includes experimental characterization and mathematical modeling using both analytical and numerical approaches. I have developed several numerical models based on Finite Element and Finite Volume methods for Metal Additive Manufacturing and other laser processing techniques, which can predict both thermo-mechanical and thermo-fluid behavior during the deposition process. Real-time process monitoring, closed-loop control, data acquisition, data processing, and data visualization are among my core skills.I earned my Doctorate in Metal Additive Manufacturing from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. I have been honored with the Special Achievers Award from VIT University Vellore, the Best Research Award in DED Applications from the Additive Manufacturing Society of India, and the Best PhD Thesis Award from 3D Graphy. I currently have more than 10 publications in reputed international journals, over 12 international conference proceedings, and several book chapters. As an active researcher, I collaborate with various central government agencies and R&D organizations.In addition to my technical knowledge, I am also an expert in graphic design, brochure design, and presentation design. I teach advanced Microsoft Office skills on my YouTube channel, The Office Guys Tutorials.
