Job Roles & Responsibility: • MIS & Operation excellence– All management related reports• Forecast & planning of In-house & 3PP material as per customer/project requirement• Managing end-to-end P2P (Purchase to Pay) process for Hardware & Software Parts• Reconciliation (Customer PO Vs. Orders placed to supplier)• Managing Forecast Vs supplies for Antennas, Feeder Cables, Optical cables & Mechanical site materials.• Order Management & Logistic support of 15 Circles for Bharit Airtel Project and 8 Circles for Aircel project• Manage & follow-up RFS (ready for shipment), EDD (expected date of delivery) & ADD• Procure material with (approx. 60 supplier) & logistic services with (approx. 50 vendor) • Material receipt (GRN) and Service received (SRN) manage & creation in system• Logistic arrangement for material movement to meet customer/project requirement (PAN level)• Inventory Analysis & Stock ageing analysis• Implemented FIFO in warehouse for effective storage & distribution of material• Manage Invoicing & Shipment for customers like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea and Govt.
