Control over GRN, PDI & Dispatch related work related to QA/QC.5. Preparation of QAP/ITP as per customer specification & requirement.6. Analysis of customer complaints and find corrective action.7. Prepare monthly MIS and QC reports for MRM and send to QA head.11.Support for ISO internal audit and facing external audits.12.Review of project dossier and submit to customer.13. Organization co-ordination, interact with Client, Consultant & TPI.14.Arrange TPI Inspection for out station inspection and control related to documentation.15.Support top management for new manufacturing factory, for new machinery inspection, preparation of SOP/WI, Qualifications, Layouts, Man power, Robotic welding trails, new painting scheme trails & testing’s, Bar code system etc16.Active participation in project acceleration (Vendor Green Channel Partner), OPEX initiative etc.17.Support safety department for unsafe act & condition, OSHAS related observations & Trainings.
