Job Profile / Responsibilities:-• We are doing centralized billing of SMALL HOME APPLIENCE AND AUDIO AND LIGHTING SPARES PARTS from Noida in SAP software.• To co-ordinate with all branches to dispatch billed materials within same or next day.• To prepare daily MIS DEMAND Vs SUPPLY report on daily basis.• To maintain TAT ( Dispatch and Incoming materials ) given by our organization.• To solve Partner issue regarding short or excess materials rec. from our branches.• To prepare all MIS – DEMAND vs SUPPLY REPORT, GR REPORT DOCKET UPDATION REPORT, TRANSIT REPORT etc. on daily basis.

Job Profile / Responsibilities:-• Ordering the spare parts to material dept for central warehouse.• Receipt material from factory and local vendors through SAP SOFTWARE.• Co-ordinate with material dept. for spare parts.• Warranty replacement with vendors.• Co-ordination with all India branch part co-ordinators.• Managing Cargo to all India branches for dispatching parts.• Monitoring all India branch & ASC's (Authorized service center) parts operation.• Setting target for fill ratio/transit time, analyze on weekly basis and reporting to management.• Monthly physical verification of stock.• Handling the performances of all the authorized service centers of the state & responsible for preparation of indents and billing for spare parts.• Indenting, material Receiving, Dispatch and Invoicing through SAP SOFTWARE.• Inventory control by fixing up stock level.• Settlement of warranty claims of Service franchisee and SSD's for defective parts.• Co-ordination with the mother warehouse regarding spares related issues.• Handling all store related issues through SAP.• Managing 100% bin management of spares & 5-S.

Job Profile / Responsibilities:-• To issue spares to Service Engineers & Franchisee daily basis through CRM ( SAP) as per requirement• To generate bill to Sales of Spares & units. • To maintain record all item inward & outward Movement.• To raise indent of spares & component send to ware house ½ monthly bases.• To make pleasant relationship of Dealers & Distributors. • Extra responsibilities to take charge of Laxmi Nagar branch also.
