Managing a customer portfolio of ~20 clients with end to end relationship management for banking needs viz Loans, Liabilities, Collections, Disbursements etc. New Client Acquisitions starting with scouting the client, meeting them, understanding their business model and accordingly on-board the clients, if the client profile fits Bank’s requirement. On-boarded 5 new clients. End to end credit appraisals, closure of proposal notes with credit team in consultation with clients, finalizing key terms and conditions along with legal documentation, commercials with clients. Liaising with internal stakeholders other than credit team viz CAD, Legal, ALM, Internal Credit Rating team, Corporate service branches to close the adhoc or frequent banking requirements of the clients. Increasing wallet share in the portfolio companies by cross-selling – corporate salary products, retail banking products, dividend, IPO etc. in co-ordination with relevant internal business teams.

Responsible for the credit needs of corporate clients in form of working capital and term loans for Service Sector Group (NBFC).To assess credit risk by analysing annual report, financial statements, business-segments, underwriting practices and performing due diligence. Analysed financials, annual reports etc. of ~5 clients resulting in on boarding of 2 new clients. Coordination with internal stakeholders viz Risk, Legal, Compliance, ALM etc to get various aspects of proposal in-line before presenting to the committee. Working in tandem with Key Account Managers for large corporates for cross-selling of liabilities, other banking products and solutions to expand wallet share.
